These pages contain information on playing music on paltalk and can be used with other internet chat programs. These are just general setup instructions not all mixers are Alike.

Ok heres what you need to do.

Go down to the bottom right of your computer screen by your clock look for a yellow speaker icon double click on it. This will open your mixer board that looks like the picture to the left

Put a check in mute mic.If you want to sing  along in the room with the music do not check mute mic.

Then click on option then properties.

Then You Will See This Box

• Put a dot in Recording then at the bottom of that box put checks in Stereo Mix and Mic and Cd.
• Then click on ok

This will leave open the most important box If you want to play using  Winamp or any Mp3 player put a check in Mix then minimize the mixer window. Start your music click on the mic icon at the bottom of the room this keys your mic or hold down the ctrl key . The music will play in the room.

• Do the same procedure for playing from Cd"Just check Cd" in the mixer window.
  
• You must use the CD software that came with your pc.
• Cd 's  wont play through Napster or Winamp or any other players.
• When you are done bring up mixer window put a check in Mic and you will be able to talk in the room.
